Change Management and R&D
In my current role, change management is a key focus. This involves not just keeping pace with the rapid advancements in our field but also applying these changes in practical, client-focused ways. We’re actively engaged in RAG experiments in our R&D backlog, exploring novel approaches to embeddings, developing new temporal anomaly detection systems, and enjoying a rekindled interest in Social Network Analysis and others!

Computational Linguistics and Network Analysis
My professional foundation is rooted in computational linguistics, which has been pivotal in shaping my approach to data science. Nowadays, my work mainly revolves around network analysis. This encompasses a broad spectrum of applications from social media intelligence and OSINT to optimizing network paths. I enjoy using both traditional statistics and machine learning on large datasets, including ERP data systems, as these are critical components of my daily work.
Research and Social Impact
For me, the most important aspect of my role is emphasizing the importance of research, especially when it comes to technology applications that yield social benefits. I have a particular interest in projects that employ mixed methods, especially those that bridge online and offline behaviors. The challenge of decoding complex patterns in digital interactions and converting these into meaningful strategies is what drives much of my work.

Unmasking Digital Harassment in Thailand: A Study of Online Smear Campaigns and the Impact on Civil Society
Language: English (Article Intro in Thai) This was a collaborative effort, where I and Suppalerk Petchpol were charged with exploring online discourses in a very suspicious network of account who were regularly seen to target civic society actors (activists, etc.). Ultimately, we uncovered several networks of malicious possibly state-backed actors (attribution was not our concern), techniques and tactics adopted by these actors, conducted rigurous semnatic mapping in order to understand how these actors are attacked at senstive points in time, and quantified the extent to which online activity pre-dates offline legal precedings. Our efforts are to be published in a special edition of Democratization in October 2024.
OSINT-Based Actor Mapping of Online Harassment
Language: Thai In this collaborative article, a precursor to the above, Supaplerk, Wongpun, Dr. Janjira and I set to investigating the interesting characteristics of accounts who actively engaged in coordinated online harassment/targeting of certain actors. This inception study revealed that certain accounts do not sleep, are prolific in their attempts, and appear to be firmly embedded across 4 distinct communities, which through coordination allows these actors to espouse sophisticated and highly targeted attacks.
